If you would like us to delete personal information we hold about you, including data collected via Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads, you can submit a request using the details below.
How To Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us with the following details:

- The email address associated with your enquiry or lead submission
- A brief description of the data you would like deleted (e.g. "my Facebook Lead Ad submission")

What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification
- We will confirm deletion by email once complete
What Data We Hold
If you submitted your details through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad, the information we may hold includes:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Loan details you provided (loan amount, property value, loan type)
- Postcode
- The original form submission data received from Meta
Regulatory Retention
As a financial services provider regulated by ASIC, we may be required to retain certain records for up to 7 years under Australian law. In these cases:
- We will inform you if any data must be retained for regulatory compliance
- Retained data will only be used for compliance purposes and will not be used for marketing
- All other data not subject to retention obligations will be deleted as requested
